What is collected and why
If you write to me through the form
The name, email and message you write are stored for the sole purpose of reading and answering you. The legal basis is your own consent when you send the form.
A fingerprint of your IP address is also stored — not the address itself, but an irreversible code derived from it that changes every day. It is used only to stop automated mass sending (at most 3 messages per hour). It cannot identify you or follow you between visits.
Messages are kept for as long as they are useful for the professional relationship. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
While you browse
The site records which pages are viewed, to know which work people are interested in. For each visit it stores the page, an IP fingerprint that changes every day (never the IP), the website you came from if any, and the country inferred from your browser’s language. It does not store your city, your device or any identifier that could recognise you on a later visit.
There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, no advertising and no profiling. The analytics are the site’s own, and the data never leaves this server or gets shared with anyone.
Retention: these records are kept with no set time limit.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you won’t see any banner asking you to accept them: there is nothing to accept. If you sign in to the admin area, strictly necessary technical cookies keep you logged in; those are the only ones.
Third-party content
The pages of this site load nothing from other companies’ servers: fonts and icons are served from here, so browsing the site does not report your visit to anyone else.
The exception is a few project pages that embed a video or a post hosted on an external platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok or X). Only on those pages, and only when the embedded content loads, that platform receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, which have nothing to do with this site and follow its own privacy policy. It does not happen anywhere else on the site. If you’d rather avoid it, block third-party cookies in your browser.
In the photo section, some pictures come with a song. When you press its ▶ button, your browser downloads a 30-second preview from Apple’s servers (Apple Music), which receive your IP address as with any download. Nothing is loaded from Apple until you press it, and no cookie is set.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, as well as the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. Just write to the email above; it is handled within one month at most, free of charge.
If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority — in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
